Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage the designated area or outlets being assigned
• Oversees all outlet's operation, P&L, fulfillment of targets, and policies of the company
• Guide and manage all outlets according to company's SOP and regulatory requirements
• Train and guide Outlet-In-Charge, and Crew members on kitchen operation, food preparation procedures, and compliance standards
• Monitor all outlet's sales, prepare monthly sales reports, and recommend effective suggestions to the management
• Investigate outlet's incident, prepare relevant reports, and suggest useful solutions for those incidents
• Work closely with HR team on staff's performance review and other matters
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints or issue arise

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Food and Beverage Management or any relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience in Managerial level (oversees multiple outlets)
• Knowledge in MS Office and Food Hygiene regulations
• Excellent communication skills to deal with different level of stakeholders
• Passionate in Food and Beverage industry
