Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to dine in customers
• Assist customer in order placing, suggest daily specials to customer
• Consistently familiarize with the menu items, special promotions and offers to cross sell food products to consumers
• Resolve any customer complaints or issue arise, escalate to the right person when needed
• Maintain restaurant and dining area's cleanliness
• Perform cashiering duties
• Liaise with the kitchen team or other relevant parties to ensure operation smoothness
• Adhere to proper safety and hygiene procedures
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• A professional education certification in any field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience from Servicing field
• Passionate in Hospitality/Servicing field, excellent communicator
• Independent, resilient, and a team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Other Information:

• Location: Central
• Retail working hours, 5 days work week
• Salary uo to $3200 + Bonus
