Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop business plan, policies, and process, as well as financial budget
• Work closely with HR team on staff recruiting matters
• Train and guide new staffs and managers for new outlet's opening, policies and strategies, and other operational matters
• Establish measurable KPI's and goals, lead and influence the team to achieve the KPI's and goals
• Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure procurement and inventory's level are in control, ensure best quality and COGS
• Travel island-wide to visit all outlets in-charged, provide support to Outlet Managers in daily operation
• Study and understand company's competitor, suggest necessary improvement or ideas to the management
• Resolve any escalate issues or feedback from customers, vendors, and supplier to ensure customer's satisfaction
• Prepare daily reports and insights for weekly meeting with the higher management
• Oversees all outlets in-charged P&L, ensure cost efficiency
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role
• Diploma in Food & Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, or any relevant discipline
• Good knowledge in managing multiple outlets, hiring, training, budgeting, and management
• Candidate with prior working experience in casual dining restaurants are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, people influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers
• Able to influence people and lead by example
