Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for all deliverables required in the agreement with client
2. To organise his team to align with the overall client's expectations and contractual requirements and support the operations of the hospital, especially in the front and engineering and customer supports. To plan and execute all fix it and programmed maintenance within the frame work of the allocated resources
3. To plan the resources available to align with the operational requirements for fix it and programmed maintenance
4. Managing all minor repairs and fix it work within the budget
5. To identify competency gaps in the team members and train all staffs
6. Work closely with other service providers in the hospital to be part of the team to create a safe and sound environment for the patients, staff and visitors.
7. Constantly engaging the client and end users to seek feedback, gaps and improvement opportunities through survey and dialogue
8. Responsible for overall customer and end- users relationship management while exercising cost control monitor and measure with the awareness to generating additional works to enhance margin
9. To stabilise the team during upon operations and continued to seek improvement in the organization structure and operations process to improve supports to the client
10. Prepare the team for the operational phasing in and set up of all documentation for engineering, operations, finance, employee, customer feedback, fault reporting, QEHS, fire safety management, crisis management and specialist equipment maintenance
11. Manage relationship with all specialist sub-con and contractors appointed by the hospital to achieve the required KPI, client's expectations and deliverables in the contract with client
12. Be part of the team to management energy savings and initiatives
13. Identify engineering issues and troubleshooting to respond to end users request. Resolving and mitigating potential engineering problems and potential cause to system breakdown. Work closely with the Central Operations to tackle engineering problems

Job Requirements
a) Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Building Services Estates Management) with minimum three (3) years of working experience in supervision works.
b) Matured and self-motivated
c) Minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience
d) Strong leadership and ability to advice, coach and lead team member to achieve desire work standard
e) Good interpersonal and people management skills
f) Customer focus and take priority of critical task
