Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility management including the function, maintenance, service and operation of facility, equipment, machinery and systems
• Conduct facility inspection, data collection/analysis, risk assessment, mitigation measures and inform opertions team in time if system is not optimal.
• Review maintenance policies including preventive maintenance programme of the facility and its systems and facility-embedded equipment such as autoclaves, fire suppression system, steam generator, pest control, security systems, BMS, gas cylinders/pipelines, ACMV/HVAC, chillers, UPS, generator, etc.
• Liaise with internal customer or external vendors of work-in-progress.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or equivalent
• Min 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
• Familiar with facility maintenance and line set up and machinery troubleshooting.
