Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day maintenance services of Facility equipment's in the process plant and buildings.
• Manage general and plant facilities maintenance work like firefighting equipment, general maintenance of office and warehouse building (ACMV, Fire Alarm, PA & CCTV).
• Ensure Plant facilities are maintaining accordance with local regulations and requirements such as SCDF, BCA, NEA, MOM, EMA etc.
• Lead in the investigation/trouble-shoot Facility equipment fault or failure and provide effective and viable corrective and preventive action and improve reliability plant facility equipment's and buildings.
• Prepare long-term maintenance plan for plant & buildings Facility Equip etc. Improving the Facility long-term maintenance plan for equipment.
• Follow-up on maintenance spares receiving, issuing status and update. Assist on purchase request of maintenance work and spare parts. (Ensure Safety Stock).
• Manage annual shutdown maintenance and improvement projects related to buildings and plant facility equipment's (Work planning, Management of actual site work, Liaising with contractors and production group).
• Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).

Job Requirements:

• Diploma /Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or the equivalent.
• Min 5 years of experience as an E&I/ Facility Supervisor or Engineer in chemical plant with facility related works.
• Basic understanding of maintenance technology, BMS, Electrical & Facility equipment's and manufacturing process plant environment.
• Good knowledge and hand-on experience with building management system, Electrical, Fire detection and protection systems.
• Demonstrate ability to manage contractors/vendor independently and effectively.
• Preferably to have Fire safety manager course.
