Job duties:

• Conducting pre-sales and post-sales technical product support
• Performing failure analysis for vacuum pump and other semiconductors tools
• Managing field evaluations, influencing product development to support the customer's future process requirements, and investigating complex equipment and process problems
• Providing correct technical customer requirements to the sales and marketing teams
• Examining chemical inside vacuum pump and conducting preventive maintenance
• Generating failure analysis related reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any engineering related role
• 1 to 4 years project management & semiconductor process technology related experience
• Experience in vacuum pump or related products is a preference
