Job Scope:
General day-to-day functions but are not limited to typical job duties associated with Field Services providing support for customer's hardware, add and change, hardware break-fix and depot services (reverse logistics & fulfillment of peripherals to end user)
- Notebook & Desktop software and hardware repairs
- Installation & repair of PC peripherals (i.e Printers, Mice)
- Installation & configuration of approved software
- IT support & Video conference support
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in IT field services support
- Good understanding of enterprise IT environment
- Able to converse well with good communication skills and excellent customer handling skills
