Job Responsibilities:

• Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for local customers.
• Provide technical support to local customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met.
• Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department's KPI are met.
• Report issues and customer feedbacks to his supervisor or regional support team.
• Manage key accounts that are being assigned.
• Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations.
• Provide 24hrs standby for local customers on a weekly rotational basis (allowances provided)

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Biomedical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years or more of relevant field service experience in In Vitro Diagnostics or medical devices.
• Experience in handling of Haematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products would be a plus
• Experience in handling medical devices including troubleshooting and servicing would be a plus
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate complex technical/ clinical content.
• Good working attitude with a sense of urgency.
