Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for Singapore customers.
- Provide technical support to local (SG) customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met.
- Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department's KPI are met.
- Field service support in terms of maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, servicing at hospitals or clinics for medical equipment
- Report issues and customer feedbacks to his supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis.
- Manage key accounts that are being assigned.
- Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations.
- Provide 24hrs standby for local customers on a weekly rotational basis.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree or equivalent in Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering
- At least 3-5 years working experience in IVD market
- Field Service work in medical related equipment / devices
- Experience in handling of Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Maintains the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with customers
- Willing to do 24/7 standby duties and OT work as needed
