Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and perform laser installation work
- Conduct on-site laser operating training for end user
- Monitor and report laser performance and working condition through data analysis
- Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and module replacement
- Perform troubleshooting and repair works during machine downtime
- Liaise with Company's Head Office Customer Support (CS) Division on all technical issues
- To be on standby 24/7 support and be activated when required
Requirements
- Min Diploma/ Degree in any engineering field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to attend 2 months' training in Japan
- No experience is required
