Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation and maintenance of company equipment at customers' sites, analytical troubleshooting, and collection of data of technical problems.
• Represent company to the customer and act as a first line of escalation for the customer.
• Apply troubleshooting techniques as instructed by senior staffs and Application Manager to overcome technical problems.
• Develop good customer relations during installation/relocation/removal of vacuum pumps and execution of any work on site.
• Maintain company's assigned equipment and property in good working condition, secured and safe and accountable for.
• Ensure to abide safe working conditions and practices at work sites.
• Any other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering discipline
• Able to sketch and understand drawings and schematics
• Willing to work in Fab environment and perform standby duties
• Able to actively engage with customer on technical solutions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
