Responsibilities:

• Assist in business finance activities, including controllership, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Leverage data to perform financial analysis, generate insights, and support accurate forecasting.

• Support monthly actual and flash MIS reporting using advanced Excel skills to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain a strong control environment and drive continuous process improvements.

• Handle ad hoc tasks related to financial reporting.

• Coordinate with business partners and stakeholders to deliver valuable financial insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team.
