Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial and management reporting and variance analysis reports
- Provide support to Business Units for Finance-related operations, which includes projects, company-specific initiatives, verification of physical assets, stock counting and updating of treasury files
- Work closely with BPO service provider and ensure daily outsourced operations on Account Receivables for local entities are carried out in an effective and timely manner
- Prepare and complete annual budget reports, coordinate annual budget preparation and forecasting and organise budget data for reporting to management and consolidation to headquarter office
- Liaise with tax agent on annual tax filing for corporate income tax and GST returns
- Liaise with Financial Auditor to ensure finalization of annual audited financial statements is in compliance with statutory filing requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in using SAP
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently under tight deadlines
- Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform overtime work if required
