Finance BPR User Testing Lead, Contract
Summary
The Finance Business Process team is looking for an energetic, innovative and highly organized person to support the User Testing efforts for Finance system projects. Because this is critical in establishing and validating the overall readiness of the business to adopt to system implementations, the testing you execute and support will be an integral part of Finance BPR.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently employ Finance BPR User Testing support model and strategy
- Collaborate with Project Managers on appropriate Level of User Test Support required for projects
- Follow roles and responsibilities based on level of support
- Determine best strategic approach, with a keen eye on consistency and scalability
- Drive User Testing Readiness in partnership with Project Managers
- Lead project teams in scenario identification, script writing and test execution planning
- Lead project teams in logistics determination (timing, travel, co-location)
- Organize and drive cross-functional partners and external vendors to support transaction needs
- Monitor and report on test execution using Radar
- Drive completion within specified timelines using data analysis and communication skills to uncover issues, determine ownership, identify solutions and mitigate risk
- Report status to project leadership in timely and efficient manner

- At ease with using with products (MacOS). Must know how to use Excel.
Familiarity with collaboration tools like ConnectMe, Quip and Slack ideal. SAP experience (SD/FI modules) a plus - Familiar with Online and Retail Stores' customer journey is a plus
- 2-5 years related industry experience in project implementations, Quality Assurance or User Testing efforts. Project Management experience a plus.
