Finance Executive (AP) - Tampines - Islandwide Transport - $4500 (URGENT)
Job Description:

Accounts Payable

  1. Conduct 3-way matching for AP Invoices before entering into accounting systems
  2. Ensure non-PO invoices are verified by PIC
  3. Verify invoices, payment and petty cash claims GL coding
  4. Prepare payment and route for approval through e-banking platform
  5. Responsible for accuracy of input GST tracking and compilation
  6. Matching of SOA from vendors against internal record
  7. Prepare monthly accruals and prepayment journals

Others

  1. Assist in external and internal auditing activities pertaining to AP
  2. Support ERP systems implementation includes but not limited to UAT, suggest form/report design, BPA/FDD document review, participate in KUT and carry out skill transfer to other staff members.
