Job scopes
- Ensure all financial transactions related to managers and institutional clients are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage efficient funding processes to support prompt payment and settlement of investment purchases.
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of capital calls and distribution events.
- Handle all activities related to private equity fund-of-funds investments, including transaction execution and recordkeeping.
- Deliver high standards of client service by responding proactively to inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Administer fund operations efficiently, including accurate and timely calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV).
- Foster effective daily communication and collaboration with internal teams across departments and business divisions.
- Perform operational tasks diligently to ensure seamless daily workflow and operational excellence.
Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in fund accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous in handling data and documentation
