Job Scope

  • Ensure all transactions are processed timely and accurately by managers and institutional clients.
  • Ensure efficient funding for payment/settlement of purchases.
  • Process capital calls and distributions.
  • Process private equity funds for fund investment activities.
  • Ensure optimal levels of client service.
  • Efficient administration and accurate valuation of the funds' Net Asset Value (NAV).
  • Ensure good day-to-day cooperation and communication with inter-departmental as well as inter-divisional teams.
  • Perform assigned duties to achieve overall smooth daily operations.


Requirements

  • Degree in Banking, Finance, or any related field with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Fund accounting experience is required.
  • Accounting knowledge is required.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Location: Mapletree Business City.
