Job Responsibilities

• Able to developing and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and requirements from HQ
• Managing the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision-making
• To Oversee the company's cash management, including forecasting and managing cash flow
• Managing relationships with external agencies, including banks, auditors, and investors
• Leading the finance team and ensuring that all financial operations are executed efficiently and effectively

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role; working experience in a MNC environment is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a track record of driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.
