Financial Accounting and Reporting

• Supervise finance team in day to day operation and month-end/quarter-end and annual closing activities
• Carry out financial review, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare consolidated accounts including Overseas Branch for submission to HQ
• Prepare quarterly JSOX reports

Audit, Tax and Corp Sec

• Liaise with external auditors
• Handling internal auditing
• Liaise with consultant on special audits
• Work with tax consultant in annual corporate tax computation and ECI, and handle tax query from IRAS
• Review monthly GST and withholding tax submissions
• Able to organise annual AGM
• To handle any other corporate secretarial matters

ERP project

• Oversees Dynamic 365 implementation for financial accounting and related modules such as SCM
• Streamline finance processes for D365 and efficiency improvement
• Ensure seamless synchronization of D365 data to SAP for HQ consolidation purposes

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work within tight reporting timeline
• Experienced in ERP systems and implementation preferred
