• To lead and manage a team of up to 15 members and to manage team performances and manage customer expectations
• To build good working relationships with Business Units
• To identify flaws and make process improvement and support continuous improvement projects
• Receive and resolve employee inquiries from first line specialists when specific, in-depth
• functional knowledge is required and escalate if required
• To Provide improvement ideas for RTR processes to the organization Solution and Process Owners
• All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of
• conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements

Requirements

• Min 5 years of relevant experiences and 2 years of supervisory experiences
• Strong experience in operations in the RTR area
• Experience with simple to complex query handling
• Good understanding of internal controls & risk management

Location

• Jurong East (Transport provided)
• 5 days work week
