Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the entire operation for the flagship store in-charged
• Lead the entire team to achieve sales target given by the management
• Deliver professional and good after-sales services to customer
• Prepare sales reports about the traffic, trends, analysis, review, and forecast
• Monitor and optimize brand performance
• Coordinate and maintain good communications with mall management
• Liaise with internal departments to improve the retail and operation processes
• Support visual merchandising to implement new concepts for the store
• Work with HR and Training department to build the team
• Coach and train new and existing staffs
• Conduct performance appraisal, prepare career development plan for the staffs
• Head the pre-opening team to do the setup for new outlets
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role
• Experience in pre-opening team or setting up new outlets
• Independent, excellent communication skills, resilient
• Possess good leadership skills, able to work under pressure
