Job Scope:

• Provide dedicated Finance operation support for Pacific Asia business.
• To assist in Area consolidation of Sales Forecast submission from countries, check submission, prepare presentation slides and analytics and month end close supporting activities.
• Assist Area Demand Manager supporting all Affiliate Demand activities/ reporting, Area S&OP/ Executive S&OP package
• Special projects (Long Term Plan; New System testing and roll-out) as directed by the Finance Director and Area finance team

Requirements:

• Diploma or Accountancy degree qualification
• Analytical skills, attention to details
• Computer knowledge on Microsoft application e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of Power BI is good to have
• Good communications skills
• Commitment to meet timeline with accuracy
• Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant role.

Additional Information:

• Salary - Up to S$5K + 1 month completion bonus
• Contract duration: 12-month contract, renewable/convertible to perm
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Duo Tower, Bugis MRT
