Job Description:

• The Functional Analyst (EPIC) will serve, with Process Analysts, as part of the primary support team for their designated application.
• They will take on more advanced issues that arise during the project for their application area and will take on more complex tasks with respect to system configuration, testing and administration.
  
  1 - SQL (Structured Query Language) (P2 - Intermediate)
  2 - EPIC (P1 - Beginner)
  3 - Functional Design (P1 - Beginner)
  
  Function as part of Production Team, performing the similar roles and responsibilities with the similar work condition, such as:
  1. Provide on-going system support and maintenance including 24x7 standby support based on duty roster.
  2. Respond in a timely manner to system issues and requests.
  3. Conduct investigation, assessment, evaluation and deliver solutions and fixes to resolve system issues. 4. Handle and deliver Production Change Request (PCR) on need basis.
  5. Perform system monitoring, such as error queues, alerts, batch jobs, etc and execute the required actions or SOPs.
  6. Perform and support regular / periodic system patch, maintenance and verification.
  7. Perform and support the planned system upgrade work, cutover to production and post cutover support and stabilization.
  8. Perform and support the work required to comply with audit and security requirements.
  9. Required to follow client policies, governance and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  10. Required to engage users, other teams, vendors and/or any other relevant parties.
  11. Required to work after normal client business or office hours based on need basis. For example, during system patch, maintenance, cutover and verification or when there are high severity or critical system issues. This include providing production support or standby due to other systems issues or requests.
  12. Required to work on-site base on need basis, following the site guidelines and processes. For example, a production issue may require the analyst to visit the registration counter at one of the clinics.
  
  Job Requirement:
• Resource should have techno-functional background and must have SQL skillset.
• Able to work directly with the client, gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals.
• Resource must be keen to go through EPIC training as this role requires EPIC certification.
• Candidates with experience in healthcare (ideally an equivalent EMR system) are good-to-have.
• Degree in IT or any related discipline with 2-3 years of relevant experience in SQL
