Job Scope:

• Gather and draft requirements and proposals, propose solutions to meet user needs specifically in financial, regulatory and management reporting
• Participate in design thinking process & customer journey mapping to understand the user experience, develop both client and user stories on the workflows required
• Work with business user to conduct business process reviews to streamline the business process
• Experience on Data and Analytics technologies and preferably big data technologies like Cloudera (Hadoop, Hive etc.)
• Review user feedback and make recommendations on enhancements required to address user pain points, build and maintain dashboards to monitor user behavior and feedback
• Promote new applications, organize user training sessions, plan and execute change management activities to transit users to adopt new applications and work processes
• Work with business and technology subject matter experts to define scope, create accurate and inclusive estimates, develop project plans, and produce other planning and user documentation as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent
• With 3 years' experience in business analyst
• Ability to analyze large datasets
• Ability to write comprehensive reports
• Possesses critical thinking skills as well as in-depth technical knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as data analyst
