Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee restaurant's daily operation
  • Track, monitor, and analyze restaurant's sales, labor, and food cost
  • P&L management
  • Weekly schedule planning and forecasting
  • Hire and train staffs on restaurant's operation, ensure they deliver top notch service to customers
  • Responsible to set KPI for staffs and review from time to time
  • Maintain safety requirements in the restaurants
  • Handle and resolve any complaints or issue arise professionally
  • Support other business duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Food and Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, and any relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Fine Dining restaurants
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Independent, a team player, responsible
  • Operation and result oriented

Other Information:

  • Location: Central
  • 5 days work week, Restaurant operating hours
  • Salary up to $8000 (depends on experience) + Meal allowance + Bonus
