Job Description

• Manage month end closing timeline and perform month end closing procedures as well as necessary GL adjustments/reclassifications.
• Review and submit monthly financial statement to the Management.
• Execute annual close and ensure all year-end Balance Sheet figures carry over to the following year and all P&L figures transfer to Retain Earnings.
• Manage and execute Treasury and payroll interfaces on a timely basis ensure all data are accurate and reconcile with HR schedule and Treasury market reports.
• Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation and advise our subsidiaries of the variance detail and adjustment needed for month end closing.
• Manage the SAP system administration (e.g. make changes to COA).
• Review and analyse monthly P&L/OPEX against budget and provide variance report.
• Review bank reconciliations
• Review daily cash reconciliation, void receipt verification, refund of customer deposit, bank reconciliation and AR aging
• Review voucher clearing & deferred income
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior experience within the Oil & Gas industry will be advantageous.
• Resourceful, meticulous and attentive to details.
• Possess good analytical and quantitative skills.
