• Handles the monthly closing of accounts for subsidiaries and joint venture companies
• Prepares management reports for Senior Management and/or joint venture partners
• Prepares monthly and quarterly GST reports and analysis/computations for quarterly GST filings reconciliations
• Prepares monthly tax computations for closing of accounts and annual tax computations for submissions to IRAS
• Prepares audited financial statements and handles all audit related matters
• Prepares and finalise budget figures and tax computation for submission to Group Reporting

Job Requirement

• More than 2 years' experience in closing of accounts
• Knowledge in GST and tax provision
• Basic knowledge of property industry preferred
• Knowledge in SAP preferred

Additional Information

• Location: Republic Plaza
• Working Days and Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.45am to 6pm
• Assignment Duration: 3 months convertible perm
