Responsibilities:

• Part of the Global Product Stewardship team.

• Competently support various regulatory and registration work required for Global Product Stewardship
• Process, post and retrieve required data to and from the database system
• Perform cross-training to other Specialists when required
• Gain direction from Team Leader/Supervisor on work assignments
• Conduct all assigned work in compliance with organization's safety and quality requirements
• Communicate operation issues to Team Leader

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Science or related discipline
• Able to work independently, multitask and perform in a dynamic environment and meeting specific tight timelines
• Detail oriented, meticulous and systematic
• Effective business communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally
• Good team player and highly skilled to work constructively in teams under time pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel and Word); willingness to learn new software tools
