- Determine the specifications, features, and variations of your product to meet the needs of the target market. Consider factors such as product design, packaging, branding, and any customization options.
- Set the pricing strategy for your product based on factors such as production costs, competitive pricing, perceived value, and market demand. Consider pricing tactics such as penetration pricing, premium pricing, or value-based pricing.
- Competitive Analysis
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of competitors to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
- Identify areas where your product can differentiate and compete effectively, such as quality, price, innovation, or customer service.
- Sales Strategy Development
- Lead the development of comprehensive global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Identify key growth areas, market segments, and target customers to prioritize sales efforts effectively.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business / Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in B2B sales within the Automotive industry.
- Extensive experience in market analysis, including market trend analysis and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in market research methodologies, competitive analysis tools, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Able to travel regionally for work purposes when needed. Approximately once a month travel across Southeast Asia.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
