Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of the operational unit in order to achieve its short and long-term strategic financial and operating objectives as set by the overall business plan. This is done within the principles of work safety, environmental protection, regulations, values, policies
• Able to Identify KPIs and monitor the performance of the unit against standards and targets in areas such as spare part processes, cost control, sales revenue, legal compliance, and human resource management.
• Plan and implement continuous efficiency improvements
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at management level to develop and implement business strategies that are aligned with the business objectives, and translate these into annual plans
• Oversee and manage all the organization's activities within the Singapore Service Centre
• Change management in an international and cross continental environment
• Able to develop knowledge of market and competitors
• Establish and maintain good customer relations, as well as adequate follow up and feedback
• Prepare the department's annual budget and supervising its implementation
• Networking externally with the other services centers and the market in the area
• Coaching and developing the team.

Requirements

• Experience with working in / leading a global shared service center organization is an advantage
• Able to lead a remote team
• Solid knowledge of process management and principles of high performing organisations
• Demonstrates extensive, broad-based business knowledge
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills that cultivate a high-performing culture
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones
