Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees food preparation and other relative activities
  • Construct menu with new or existing culinary creations to maintain the quality of the foods
  • Dish plating before serve to customers
  • Take care of stock order and replenishment
  • Responsible for hiring, managing, and training kitchen staffs
  • Manage a team of kitchen staffs, plan staff's schedule
  • Adhere to company's policy and procedure
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals
  • Maintain kitchen's hygiene and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • A professional certification in Culinary Arts or Food & Beverage Management
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role
  • Independent and a team player
  • Good leadership and management skills
  • Proven track record in similar field

  • Location: Central
  • Retail working hours
  • Salary starting from $4000 (depends on experience) + Bonus
