Job Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries through multi-channel communication (call. email, live chat & future channels)
• Delivering a cohesive, empathetic and delightful guest experience
• Assist on order entry, charging & shipping for all orders
• Process product sales and returns for guests world-wide
• Manage and resolve customer compliments and complaints
• Shares and communicates to deliver product education, features, benefits, material properties, usage, and care instructions
• Communicates in a professional manner treating all with empathy and respect

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in any discipline
• Guest service / retail related working experience
• Service oriented & service mentality
• Computer literacy, good interpersonal skills, problem solver & positive attitude
