Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a smooth and timely check in/out for all residents
- Ensure accuracy and collection of outstanding bills from all residents
- Ensure that residents' request/s are being followed up promptly and efficiently throughout their stay
- Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and resident confidentiality
- Complete any other duties assigned by the Duty Manager/Guest Services Manager
Job Requirements:
- At least 1year of work experience in hotel / serviced apartments / customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on shift rotation and weekends / public holidays
