What You DO?

• Provide a smooth and timely check in/out for all residents
• Ensure accuracy and collection of outstanding bills from all residents
• Ensure that residents' request/s are being followed up promptly and efficiently throughout their stay
• Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and resident confidentiality
• Maintain good communication between residents and all departments both verbally and in writing as required

What We WANT?

• At least 1year of work experience in hotel / serviced apartments / concierge
• Minimum GCE "O" Level or Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
• Willing to work on shift rotation and weekends / public holidays
