Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a smooth & timely check in/out
- Ensure accuracy & collection of outstanding bills from residents
- Ensure that residents' requests are followed up promptly & efficiently throughout their stay
- Provide all residents with accurate information; good knowledge of products, services, pricing and special events
- Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and resident confidentiality
- Maintain good communication between residents and all departments
Job Requirements:
- At least 1year of work experience in hotel / serviced apartments / customer service
- Minimum GCE "O" Level or Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Willing to work on shift rotation and weekends/public holidays
