Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a smooth & timely check in/out
• Ensure accuracy & collection of outstanding bills from residents
• Ensure that residents' requests are followed up promptly & efficiently throughout their stay
• Provide all residents with accurate information; good knowledge of products, services, pricing and special events
• Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and resident confidentiality
• Maintain good communication between residents and all departments

Job Requirements:

• At least 1year of work experience in hotel / serviced apartments
• Minimum GCE "O" Level or Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality related
• Willing to work on shift rotation and weekends/public holidays
