Job Responsibilities
- Act as team leader to manage Merchant Acquisition activities including but not limiting to build-up the team, provide the sales briefing and training, set up the daily/weekly/monthly target to achieve company goal
- Work closely with senior management to implement various sales strategy to tackle target market segments
- Manage team activities for promoting payment collection service by proactive service visits, door to door visit and maintain good relationship with existing merchants
- With field sales experience, knowledge in credit card or Electronic Wallet or other payment options for online & offline key merchant is a plus
Job Requirements
- Diploma education or above with 8 years or plus related working experience
- Great interpersonal and people management skills
- Self-motivated and results oriented character
- Self-discipline, hard-working and can work under pressure
