- Answer tech support phone calls in a timely manner.
- Perform tech support assistance for all of our software products to end users and resellers alike.
- Perform internal IT and support assistance within the office.
- Perform live online demos of our software products for end users and resellers.
- Possibility of some travel to perform installation and training of our software products.
- Diploma or Certification in Information Technologies related fields.
- 1-3 years' experience in IT and Tech Support environments.
- Proficient in all current Windows Operating Systems: XP, Vista, 7, 8 Server.
- Able to understand and manage Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL databases.
- Able to communicate technical information in a clear and precise manner.
- Ability to quickly learn new software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high intensity environment.
- Excellent organization skills, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must work well in a team/group environment.
