Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound call and email from guest regarding with reservation, request, inquiry and feedback
  • Amend and/or cancel existing reservations and bookings
  • Ensure guest satisfaction & experience by deliver excellent service
  • Obtains and ensure all the necessary information are correct to complete a room reservation in the Opera PMS system, i.e. stay dates, room types & rates, special requests and reservation notes
  • Completes the reservation process by combining all reservation details and sending a confirmation to the guest


Job Requirement

  • 1year working experience in call centre or hotel environment.
  • Candidate with no experience can be consider
  • Familiar knowledge in hotel's system such as Opera PMS
  • Able to work under rotating shifts
