Main requirements
- Experiences in handling Digital Transformation/ Change Impact Assement work
- Comfortable in dealing with Senior Management with a good presence and track record
- Experiences working in public and private sector
Main responsibilities - To be leading change management support to agencies in their transformation projects
- To lead and provide organizational development to support various teams on working on projects when assigned
- To design and deliver capability and engagement programmes and projects in line with organization's goal
- To formulate and strategies Change Management Support for Agencies and project teams in areas of Digital Transformation and Systems Implementation
- Partner Agencies and Project Teams in the crafting of Change Narratives, and provide advisory support on communications strategies
Requirements - Experienced OD or CM practitioner / consultant with at least 5-8 years of working experience in leading OD/CM initiatives/interventions and teams
- At least 6 years of experiences leading organizational change / development
- Singaporean Only
Location - Central
- 5 days' work week
