Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently offer HR solutions to different business units
• Work closely with different stakeholders to improve company's development
• Responsible for manpower budget's planning and make tactical intervention to achieve operation efficiencies
• Implement employment engagement activities to enhance the employee experience with the company
• Develop fair HR policies to ensure employees understand and comply to it
• Using various hiring strategies to attract talents to join the organization
• Conduct new hire orientation for onboarding staffs
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resource, or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience in HR Generalist role
• Candidate with F&B HR experience are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Independent and possess leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills

Other Information:

• Location: Commonwealth
• Standard working hours
• Salary up to $4000 (depends on experience) + Bonus
