- Responsible for providing full HR generalist support to the assigned Business Units
- Lead in the functions of talent acquisition, onboarding and training for the Group of companies
- Assist in implementation of employment engagement activities for the Group of companies
- Provide recommendations and support in formulating and implementing new HR initiatives and strategies
- Responsible for consolidation of monthly HR reports for the Group and generate statistical reports as and when required
- To act as liaison between the Company and employees and ensure smooth communication and prompt resolutions of all queries
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Proven track record in recruitment (as in-house or external recruiter) is required
- Knowledge in labor laws locally and regionally (Malaysia/Thailand/Vietnam) is an advantage

- 5 days week -Office hours
