We are looking for a HR Operations Lead to join our organization, Manpower Staffing, under ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing and managing the talent that enables them to win.

The successful incumbent will be overseeing all functions of our HR Shared Services department and provide support to our contract staff.
Responsibilities
Set objectives for the HR operations team and track progress
Monitor internal systems and databases
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
Monitor key HR metrics
Create detailed reports
Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labour regulations)
Requirements
Proven work experience in the HR operations space or similar role
Good knowledge of Employment Act
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Team management skills
