We are seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst (Level 2) to provide operational support for IT security infrastructure in a global banking environment. This role will focus on maintaining, hardening, and troubleshooting key network and security platforms, while working across regional stakeholders and supporting compliance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for network and security infrastructure (firewalls, proxies, VPN, IPS, etc.)
- Handle incident, request, and change management tickets related to cybersecurity operations.
- Remediate vulnerabilities and support configuration hardening of security infrastructure.
- Prepare and install security appliances including firewalls, VPNs, routers, and IDS.
- Support DNS/DHCP administration and manage IP/VPN access and remote connectivity tools.
- Maintain updated documentation for security SOPs, policies, and technical procedures.
- Coordinate with Level 1 teams, provide technical guidance, and conduct knowledge transfer.
- Respond to security incidents including phishing, breaches, and malware alerts.
- Contribute to IT security projects including upgrades, migrations, and asset onboarding.
- Manage and update security CMDB and network asset inventory.
- Stay current on emerging security technologies and recommend continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
- Participate in security awareness initiatives and promote best practices across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity support or 6 years in IT systems environment, preferably in financial services.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN) and security protocols.
- Hands-on experience with security platforms: firewalls, IDS/IPS, proxies, remote access.
- Familiar with DNS/DHCP management and encryption/certificate-based security.
- Knowledge in Python, Bash, or Ansible.
- Skilled in using troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, NetFlow, etc.
- Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented.
- Willingness to work shifts across APAC, Europe, and US time zones; available for on-call duties during weekends or non-business hours.

- Scripting: Python, Bash, Ansible
Work Conditions:
- Required to work on rotational shifts to support global offices (Paris, New York, Asia).
- Occasional on-call support during weekends or after-hours (additional allowance claimable).
