Job Responsibilities:

• Equipment capacity improvement and verification and operation productivity improvement
• Determine planning factors for short-term planning and scheduling as well as for strategic planning scenarios
• Monitor and manage upcoming short-term production bottlenecks
• Develop and define strategis for shop floor scheduling to meet planned throughput
• Work closely with production to control dispatch points to ensure a smooth production

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Good knowledge in manufacturing and logistics process, systems, and product costing in manufacturing industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
