Responsibilities:
- Involve in New Product Development (NPD) and responsible for scale up
- Support new process and NPI projects as required
- Lead and document investigation on quality deviations, customer complaints, manufacturing deviations with multi-functional team
- Responsible to provide mixing instructions to production
- Contribute to process optimization to increase profitability
- Create new working instructions and train Production operators
- Execute qualification/ validation of new processes and equipment
- Work across departments with Research and Technology (R&T), Supply Chain (Customer service, Production, Planning and Procurement), Quality, Engineering and Sales
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess a Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical or related fields
- Min 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing MNC environment
- Good knowledge in Manufacturing Systems and Processes
- Experience in Continuous Improvement
- Experience with Lean/ Six Sigma Improvement is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
