Job Scope:

  • Manage and run the Singapore Innovation Hub and ensure that operating budgets and recoveries are met
  • Facilitate Design Thinking workshops for our C-Suite clients across our range of supported industries
  • Host clients at the Innovation Hub or virtually - curate, prepare and present bespoke innovation engagement sessions for our clients including relevant POVs, functional/ industry presentations, demonstrations of assets and/or inclusion of partners and Subject Matter Experts
  • Work with our network of Client Account Leads to identify and plan for key client visits.
  • Move client conversations from Stage 0 to Stage 1 via the Innovation experience
  • Support key accounts as an Innovation Architect, working with Client Account Leads to identify, originate, scope and deliver projects related to innovation
  • Shape, build and deliver the narrative for the organization's Singapore's innovation story, build assets to support said narratives and maintain a regular rhythm of updates.
  • Support in regional Innovation Centers or innovation related RFPs and projects as required

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Information Systems or equivalent
  • 8 or more years consulting and account management experience; preferably with large scale technology transformations and/or emerging technologies within innovation practices
  • Experience in selling and delivering Strategy / Consulting Services
  • Demonstrated experience in taking abstract ideas and concepts into clearly defined problem statements and solution pathways
  • Excellent management presence as well as excellent presentation, verbal, and communication skills
  • Prior experience in managing innovation centres for MNCs
  • Demonstrate sustained client relations management experience at senior management level
  • Prior business technology background and/or interest in emerging technologies and how they impact businesses
  • Excellent team management and people development skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with multiple groups and geographies
