Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendor on pricing and lead time
• Co-ordinate with sales person on customer's requirement
• Sourcing and procurement mechanical
• Prepare Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and required documentation
• Monitor and follow up with delivery schedule
• Handle goods incoming and outgoing
• Transport & logistics handling
• Perform basic admin and other adhoc duties

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma in any field
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in sales/ sourcing/ purchasing
• Familiar with Purchasing, Logistics, Procurement, Indoor Sales
