Essential Job Functions:
- Reponsible for selling, winning orders and generating new leads and establishing new customers
- Provide quotations to customers and manage quote follow up
- Negotiating prices and delivery
- Provision of competitive market information
- Develop good relationships with key customers
- Cross sell other products
- Communicate with field sales, product managers, operations, quality, and finance
- Ensure timely responses to customer requests and ensure service deliveries are achieved
- Handling multiple methods of communication simultaneously
- Manage Order entry
- Contract review for order accuracy
- Resolving and documenting customer complaints
Skills/Abilities
- Possess at least 2 years inside sales experience in any industry
- Candidate should be professional, service orientated and friendly
- Be able to multi-task and be a problem solver
- Display persuasive and fluent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Communications skills both verbal and written
- Ability to operate a PC
- Team player
